What this notice covers

This notice describes what AHRA Group does with information you give us through this website. It does not cover the resident portal, operated by AppFolio, or the commercial rent payment service, operated by RentPayment — each runs under its own privacy policy — or information you give us in the course of a lease or management agreement.

Information you send us

The contact form collects your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your company and phone number, along with the message you write. We use that information to respond to you and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Please do not send account numbers, payment details, or Social Security numbers through this form. If we need information like that, we will ask for it another way.

To keep automated spam out, the form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile when you start filling it in. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser and connection to tell a person from a script; it runs under Cloudflare's privacy policy, and we do not receive or keep the data it uses. Nothing is sent to Cloudflare if you only read the page.

Analytics

We measure aggregate traffic — which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from — using a cookieless analytics service. It does not set advertising cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for the relationship they relate to, and then deleted. Aggregate analytics data contains no personal information and is kept indefinitely.
