AHRA was founded in 2006 to manage neighborhood retail centers owned by its principals. Running those properties as owners, the firm learned to watch every receivable, question every invoice, and plan for the roof before it failed. Those habits remain the foundation of how AHRA manages property today.

Owners of other properties began asking AHRA to manage theirs, and third-party management grew into the core of the business. Multifamily management followed, along with an in-house maintenance and janitorial team. Licensed as a brokerage in Missouri and Illinois since 2006, AHRA also represents owners and tenants in leasing and sales. Today the firm manages retail centers, office and industrial buildings, land, and apartment communities across both states, and continues to invest on its own account.

Christian Andrade, the firm's founder and managing broker, served as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Colonial Bank before starting AHRA, managing a loan portfolio of more than $150M. That experience in underwriting, cash flow, and collateral analysis informs how AHRA evaluates acquisitions, structures financing, and reports to owners and lenders.
